Yesterday, at a news conference held at New York’s City Hall, ACT! for America Executive Director Guy Rodgers delivered our Ground Zero Mosque petition, signed by over 120,000 people, to Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Rodgers delivered a statement describing why ACT! for America launched this petition, that this was not an election year issue, and that the opposition to the Ground Zero Mosque was not going away. Afterwards he answered several questions from the assembled press.
