FBI Cuts Ties With Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR)

In April 2008, Rep. Myrick released her Wake Up America Agenda. One of ten points in this plan called for an investigation of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

Less than a year later, the FBI has cut all ties with CAIR. The organization is listed as an un-indicted co-conspirator in an FBI case involving Hamas fundraisers. Hamas is identified as a terrorist organization by the United States.
